Meet Meegan
I am a Mumma of two, a Naturopath and Herbalist, a birth doula, a shamanic practitioner, an activist, an avid ocean lover and a simple connected woman.
My passion lies in the profound healing realm. On every level – I am here to support your growth and guide you toward your intuition.
I am deeply connected to Mother Earth and practise shamanic healing and guidance. Healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
I am here for it all: the joy, excitement, love, and progression as well as the symptoms, trauma, and shadow work.
I predominately work with nutritional and herbal medicine to support your body and mind. I believe that food is medicine!! I also love the use of vibrational medicines to work on every layer. With a mix of all holistic modalities, we can work together to fine-tune the very best and most healed version of you!
I find that sometimes the best healing modality is a hug or maybe a walk or a shared cup of tea. Holding space for you to be seen and heard along your journey is often enough. However, tapping into my deep knowledge of Sacred Feminine energy, clinical Naturopathy, breathwork, shamanic ritual, plant medicine and Earth Medicine is also available to you.

Doula Services
I am here to offer a gentle presence for a powerful birth. Showing up as the best version of myself so I can hold space for you, as you navigate your labour and birth, on your terms.
I will hold space for your blocks, your triggers and your emotional and spiritual growth, while you navigate through these challenges feeling safe and secure in your care. By removing excess stressors, decisions and triggers from your space and giving you a continued and reliable service.
I am your biggest advocate, I am here to hold your visions and your dreams for this beautiful rite of passage into motherhood- whether this is baby number one or four.
I am here to hold your expectations and give you a safe space to navigate the birth of your choice. By providing you with resources for education and evidence-based research I can assist you with making informed choices so you can birth your way.
Connection
My connection to our Oceans and Earth are palpable: grounded to walk gently on our one true Mother whilst being a guardian of our Oceans.
Our realm works in union with the four elements: Fire, Earth, Water and Air. By walking a shamanic path, a deep understanding and respect for the power of the elements is of the utmost importance.
This connection becomes a sacred dance with Mother Earth. A deep relationship with the world around us. A merging of consciousness between our very own person and the movement of our universe.
Taking time each day to honour this dance is a practice that will continue to deepen and expand over the years!
