Birth Your Way
Human life is sacred ~ which is why there is no greater honour than to give it.
As women, we do not birth with out brains ~ we birth with our body.
No two births are the same and I believe in creating the safest environment for mumma to feel
deeply safe & secure as she prepares for her birth.
Celebrating and honouring this rite of passage of birth is what led me into being a doula.
I do this work for myself, for my ancestors and all of those to come in my bloodline.
I hold space for women as they traverse through this transformational experience and allow them to really feel their power. My wish is for each new life to enter into a space of deep love, peace and connection.
I believe gentle birth heals Mother Earth. The current patriarchal and medicalised system is flawed and often does offer a space for a birthing woman to feel empowered yet vulnerable while they are birthing. Informed choice and continued support during her pregnancy so she can move into her birthing space and motherhood journey feeling prepared.
I encourage women to drop into her primal instinct, to trust her body and birth her baby on her terms.
Why Me?
My skillset is vast - encompassing Naturopathy, Herbalism, Homeopathy, Emotional Release technique, Shamanic ceremonial work and birth work.
My strengths are holding space: I offer you a platform to be seen, heard, validated, and held safely whist you move through your processes during each stage of your pregnancy / labour / birth / postpartum journey.
My gifts are deep compassion, empathy, sincerity and space holding.
Doula Packages
An inclusive package:
~ 6 x 1.5 hour sessions during pregnancy in the comfort of your own home.
These will be tailored to you and your partners unique set of requests and circumstances
~ Up to 24 hours of my devoted time and presence for your labour and birth
~ 3 x 2 hour post-partum care visits in the comfort of your home
As well as my presence and endless text support during this whole special period of your lives.
Includes some nourishing meals post-partum and extra gifts along the way :)
This package is set at an exchange of $2,200 which can be split into three payments.
Less or more detailed tailored packages can be worked out between us, depending on your budget, your needs and your circumstances.
